This is the most common home inspection. This inspection is for the home buyer(s) who are scheduling a home inspection during the option period.
Full Home inspection - meeting all the requirements off the Standards of Practice as delineated by Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC).
The purpose of this inspection is to verify that all Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems are installed and operating as intended including, but not limited to:
Structure - foundation, grading and drainage, roof covering, roof structure and attic, walls (interior and exterior), ceilings and floors, doors, windows, fireplace/chimney, porches, decks, driveways, and carports.
Electrical - Service entrance and panels, branch circuits, outlets, switches, fixtures, disconnects, GFCI's and AFCI's.
Heating, Venting, and AC Systems and other items that may affect energy use efficiency.
Plumbing - fixtures, drains, waste vents, and water heating equipment.
Built in appliances and other optional systems.
Safety Devices and Maintenance Practices.
This inspection is for those who have purchased a new construction home and want to schedule an inspection prior to their builders warranty expiration date (typically 1 year after closing).
